Had several calls today from 385-210-1984 and 435-222-1360. Caller ID for both says 'WOMENS CANCER.' Smells like a scam. If you want to donate to a cancer charity do some research online to find a reputable charity. IF this isn't a scam, there's no way your money will get to someone in need.
385-210-1984 calls with caller ID: WOMENS CANCER. No, thanks. Been there, got through the treatment, know all about it. No legitimate organization--medical or charitable--goes by this name. Within a day of this call, got another one--also from WOMENS CANCER, but with phone number 435-222-1360.
BOTH of these area codes are within Utah. Doesn't the pretty, great state of Utah have some means of protecting against this kind of harassment from phony organizations? How about the more competent, more interested federal government? Where is the FTC when we need them?
