Possibly some sort of scam. The woman who spoke had a heavy foreign accent and spoke in english, though I could only understand maybe 50 per cent on first hearing it. Some reference made to a scratch card and I would be eligible for something that I never determined. I have no entered any scratrch card contest or request for info in recent memory. I think this is likely a scam of some sort as yet undetermined. She gave up and hanged up on me as I repeatedly requested her to repeat words and phrases as I could not understand.
A reverse phone search could not come with a listed name of a person or business.

Just got a call from this number, the caller ID showed it was Federal Financial. A woman with a thick accent that was hard to understand said I had been selected by a lottery to get a "scratch card" and I was certain to win, but did not have to buy anything and this was not a sales call. I asked where she was calling from and she said Draper Utah. When I asked the address she hung up.
