I receive 3 maybe 4 calls a DAY from this number. Although I at first thought they were saying it was from the IRS, which is in Ogden, Utah and the call is from UTAH, I realized it was clearly NOT the IRS. They cleverly speak so quickly and it is easy to confuse IMS with IRS which is what they are saying! When I've attempted to leave a message, it automatically disconnects me. When I try to remove my number as they offer, it also automatically disconnects, yet they continue to call me!
They're from Federal Financial and our number was chosen to win free "scratch cards" (not scotchguard as mentioned previously, although that is pretty funny :) ). They send out the scratch cards as an advertisement for their company. They were polite when I asked them to take us off their list. Don't think they're legit, but at least they weren't nasty about it.
They call non stop everyday about a stupid scratch card. I just don't even say hello anymore I just pick up and hang up the phone...they call from various numbers.
