Afortus in call ID. If you call the number it says "Thank you for calling IMF, if you would like to be added to our do not call list please press 2". Problem solved.
Keeps calling. We have asked them to stop calling us. When we ask them to stop, they just hang up. Can't understand them and always use the name Joe. Very poor English.
