Afortus in call ID. If you call the number it says "Thank you for calling IMF, if you would like to be added to our do not call list please press 2". Problem solved.
some dude with a very heavy accent called reading from a script. every time I interrupted him he would start over. I told him to not read from the script and think for himself and he would continue from the script. he said he wasn't selling anything, oh yeah then why the script, so he hung up - uh oh, I don't think that was in the script
That's what you think. They don't take your number off anything. And I think it was probably IMS, aka Interactive Marketing Solutions, aka Ancora Financial - and I think Afortus is part of all of that.
Yet another "Afortus" call. They were stopped because I have that name blocked. Massive calls from them, lots of different numbers. In fact, LOTS of telemarketing calls from "385-249". Calls with that prefix from a place called Ancora Financial (aka IMS aka Interactive Marketing Solutions), among many others.
