I got the call too on 7 Feb 2017. It's an illegal robocall that seems to begin soon after the phone is "answered" by my outgoing voicemail message; the robovoice has such a long message it left a few words in my voicemail :
"... we have a system waiting to be shipped out to you. Press 1 now to receive your personal medical alert system. Again press 1 now to receive your personal medical alert system. Press 9 to opt out."
All the voice mail sad was "Press 9 to opt out" then the robocall hung up. Didn't press 9 because I didn't want them to know my number is active. Blocked the phone number too.
