Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message. Blocked

They called and woke me up at 11:51 p.m. and said they were Federal Financial Corp.  I asked what they wanted and they hung up.

Answed phone an oriental female asked to speak with Mr. <my first name> When I asked her why she hung up.
