got two missed calls a couple minutes apart from each other, no message

Picked up, they offered me a lower interest rate for a visa card I don't have.  When I asked what he was talking about, he hung up on me

It's the NSA,  after they get your phone to respond, even if unanswered, they can hack in and monitor you through the "always open" camera and microphone.....that phone is NOT your friend

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

Received a call from this number but no reply when I answered.
