I just received a call from that number also. A recording said "please hold while we connect your call;" I hung up. I dialed the number back and and get a rexordng saying that extenion is unavailable and to leave a message. I hung up again.
This is supposedly from The State Troopers and they harass the heck out of you. (they just called me on my cell phone for the millionth time & I picked it up like a dummy.)
My friends said none of the money really goes to the troopers. If it was for the Troopers I wouldn't have a problem sending them $$. I don't even know how they got my cell phone number. I have to google this & see what people say...if it really is The Troopers or not.
