Called about lowering rates like everyone else. I pressed 1 to talk to them and when the guy answered, I told him that I wanted his name and the company he worked for. He thought he put me on hold, but I could hear snippets in the background about "keeping this fool on hold as long as he can" and wanting to see me arrested. I have no idea what was going on.
I have received this call no less than a hundred times in the last 3 months.
They asked if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. I figured I would finally talk to them and tell them to stop calling. When I asked what company they were with they disconnected. There is no doubt they want my credit card info.
