The culprit of all of these calls is an individual by the name of Ran David Barnea who ownes several shell companies engaging in scams to defraud consumers by scammng them into giving their CC #'s, bank #'s, SSNs, etc. He does not care if he violates the DNC list, FCC, FTC or any other regulations because he is a criminal. To stop these calls, call teh following companies owned by him.

I just got a call from this number, was put into a holding queue and from the way the queue moved it was a lot of short calls. Was asked if I could benefit from a low int. rate, I asked what CC company they are working for. Asked again about rates, I asked what company again, they the sob hung up.
Called my house at 3:46 CST on 10-27-08.
I didn't answer since its an election year and I;m getting many phone calls from politicrooks who want my vote.

Called promising lower interest rates. Claimed to be working for "hundreds of banks" but would not identify what firm he worked at or how a company could provide a reductiion in credit card payments for some other bank.
This has got to be fraud.
