Got anther call from 386-437-4750 . Since I knew it was, "your warranty has expired call" I did not answer. Have reported this number to do not call list before grrrrrr!
I found one day that if you actually listen to the whole "Warranty" recorded message at the end there is an option to stop recieving the calls, like press 1 or something like that. I learned this after recieving mumerous calls just like many of you! Try it!
Answered call to recorded message indicating car warranty was expiring or going to be reclassified or something like that, that they had tried numerous times to reach us (not so), and that something would happen automatically now that they couldn't get through. I had the option of pressing 1, so I did, and got an agent calling from a VERY noisy call center. I asked who was calling, and she said "the warranty center." I asked what car she was calling about, and she said "the most recent one purchased." I told her that if she couldn't name the company or the car, there was no way I believed this was a legitimate call. She said just a moment, then clicked off.
NOT SURE WHAT THE CALL WAS FOR BUT SAW IT ON THE CALLER I.D. WHEN I GOT HOME AND I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER AT ALL,I AM LISTED ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO STOP THESE KIND OF CALLS.THEY DIDNT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE ON MY MACHINE!!I HATE COLD CALLS FROM TELEMARKETERS,,THEY ALL SUCK DONKEY BALLS..I WANT THIS NUMBER REPORTED AS AN UNSLOLICITED CALL,CAN SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS?
