Who called from 3864571939

Received call 11:12am on 5/15/17. I was expecting a call so I answered. Obviously, this wasn't the call I was expecting. However, there was no answer on the line, and it disconnected after 10 seconds.

I know better than to answer these. Don't bother answering this number if it reaches out to you.

Another spam call.  No name on caller ID and no voicemail.  Blocked

Same as everyone else. Received a call from this number. I did not answer and no message was left. Will block.
