Who called from 3864571939

No answer, called at 10pm

Received call a little after 5 EDT. I happened to be staring at my phone when the call came in. Instant decline. Caller ID said Orange City, FL. No doubt a scamming pig on the other end. Blocked, as always.

I've received a call twice now, it's a recording made to sound like you are taking to a real person from the police benevolent association, looking for a donation.

This number saying it was from Orange City, called. I said Hello and it was old man on the line asking me if I could hear him. I quickly hung up

called and only rang once then they called a second later. My phone ID app indicated it was a telemarketer call.
