Called left no message. I am on the do not call list. I don't understand.

Calls, when phone picked up starts  a spiel  and then says if you don't want to receive this call press 2.  I told him to FO

Just got a call from number claiming to be the IRS... Letting me know I have a warrant for my arrest and they're taking me to court. Really, I called them back and was hung up on when I quickly let them know they are not the IRS and they will be reported.
