I got a call from this number [386-518-0158] today only I did not mind.... Why is that? Because I did not hear the phone ring.
I set my default ringtone to.... SILENCE.
I assigned every person in my contact list a ringtone.
More specifically, I assigned a ringtone to every one in my contact list default group. You can google how to do that.
This way every one in my contact list will cause my phone to ring. Any one NOT in my contact list will be able to call and leave me a message if they want but my phone no longer will ring for unknown callers.
Do you get TONS and TONS of bullsh*t telemarketing calls every day like I do? There is simply nothing you are going to do to stop them. Why not do what I did and set your phone so it just does not ring unless it is some one you know calling?
Then you will not mind the telemarketers so much because they will simply no longer have the power to irritate you.
I searched for this number to see who it might be but only after the call came in and I seen it in my email, I also have a app that emails me any missed calls or text.
I hate cell phones, I only have one because I have to as I no longer have a hard line phone at home. The fact the phone no longer rings for just any one has reduced my level of irritation a lot.
If you call the number back, it immediately asks you to press 1 to be placed on do not call list for this number. Now that said - I'll bet the same company has many numbers and this is why they added "for this number."
