Just got a call from this number, as previous reports. The automated voice said this was Consumers Service and they offered to lower my credit card interest rate.
Received call, said "Brandon, FL." on caller ID. I live in California so didn't answer. Judging by all the responses today glad I didn't. Will block number as it's a telemarketer. I'm on Do Not Call list so will report number as well. Others should do likewise.
