Lawsuits target Missouri firm
Among the likely culprits are a group of auto-warranty service companies in Missouri, particularly National Auto Warranty Services, also known as Dealer Services, at 100 Mall Parkway in Wentzville, Mo., according to the Better Business Bureau.
The company was sued this year by Verizon Wireless for being behind an "an illegal telemarketing campaign," according to court documents. Florida-based Explicit Media Inc. was also named in the suit, filed July 14 in federal court in New Jersey.
Verizon said the companies are responsible for nearly 3 million unsolicited calls to Verizon subscribers throughout the country, made in violation of Federal Trade Commission telemarketing regulations as well as the Do Not Call registry law.
The companies used "spoofing," a method of masking information, to hide outgoing call numbers, a violation of the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act, court documents said.
I HOPE all you people are filing complaints with the Do Not Call registry! This is the only way to get there parasite scamming scumbags taken care of! If you hven't filed a complaint, do it NOW!

Telemarketing Company has crossed their phone number with ours..I get 20,or more calls a day with people calling me(I feel for all of you)asking me"Who am I speaking to",and then I have to explain that i have been in touch with my phone carrier to straighten this matter out..I feel bad for all of you,but i hope you guys can sympathize with what we are going threw.I have people calling my house 24/7..Wife's asking if I no the name of some guy..This is nuts,but I believe we will all have the last laugh..They have made some serious mistakes with the wrong pple..So all of you please be patient..All of the harassing,Rude remarks are coming to it's end,and I promise you will here all about it!(LoL)?I was really confused how they took our number,and mixed a few numbers around to make it look as if the area code is 386..Even though they did that..We are still getting call backs from people asking who we are..Your number is on my caller I.D..At first they were calling us to with "hey we are calling about your car warranty,or my credit card rates..Hmmmm Dumb [***] I cut up my credit cards..Not to intelligent their Genius(LMFAOOOOO)!!!I know how annoying they are..But in reality think about it..People that call other people..Calling names,or threating us,or family members..It really sounds to me like a bunch of LOOSERS that can't stand their own company!LOOOOOL!!So have some fun with them,because their little party is at it's end??
Recording stated to touch 1 and speak to a agent or 2 to never be called again regarding credit consolidation. When I hit 1 an agent immediately answered and I responded that I was on the national "DO NOT CALL" registry and that they were breaking the law. The agent responded with "Shut-up you dumb-aXX mother-fXXXer". Nice to know that the caller ID number 1-386-677-3110 is a disconnected number. Can not believe the Attorney Generals office is not doing something about these pathetic losers.
