you are being called by one of the companies owned by Mr Ran David Barnea and you can learn about these guys who harass the entire country every day by visiting the website heatherwithaccountservices.  One post says that Mr Barnea lives at 21955 Cypress Drive apt 48F in Boca Raton Florida.  The phone number left on your caller id means nothing---these guys leave fake numbers on caller ids so the public can't take action against them.  Mr Barnea may also be contacted at some of the other Boca Raton properties he apparently owns:

said something about how this was my last chance to get a lower interest rate on my "account."  No specifics.  I hung up.

This number has called several times over the last couple of weeks.  I never answerd the call until today.  Wehn this gal got on the phone she wanted to lower my credit card rates because I paid on time.  I told her I wanted to know how she got my name all she said was she was wanting to lower my interest rates.  She asked me what my credit card balances were and I told her not much.  She said she could not help me unless my credit card balances were over 3000.  I told her I would not give her any information about my balances and she hung up.

Rec'd a call today from 386-736-7962 with a recording offering to lower my interest rates. I pressed 1 to speak with someone. A live person picked up and I asked him what the call was in regard to and he mentioned he could lower my interest rate. I mentioned to him that I was curious about 2 things: 1 how did he get my number since I'm on the Do Not Call List and 2 I have zero debt. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he hung up.

Florida Call - at least twice daily to our main number with recording about lowering interest rates -last chance etc.  Since they have been calling for about 3 months now, there is real doubt about the 'last chance' stuff as well the recorded message.  The whole thing REEKS of SCAM.
