Finally talked to someone at this number and said he was with Florida Energy Group. They have specialist who want to inspect your home to let you know where you are loosing energy. Also claims I am paying more than others for my electricity. Said they will let you tips on how to save energy. You can find that on line...no need to have someone in your house for that. Just a scam!
Name showed 'Nita Pennington' . Unknown to me. Looked it up on Internet and she has Linked-in account-- construction company, WPB, FL, I let answering machine pick up and caller hung up immediately.
Just rec'd call from this number. Answered this call at 2:55 p.M. Female introduced herself, did not say same name as caller id and said they were going to be in the area tomorrow.
Told her i was on govt do not call list asked who is this and she told me florida energy awareness - that's it started to tell her to remove number from list and she hung up while telling her that
This number keeps calling 2 home lines that are on the govt do not call list. This morning call came thru and woman identified herself as norma asking for by name and address, if this was the person she was speaking with, calling in reference to some energy.
Told the woman if she called again, for being on the govt do not call list and asking the name of the company again, she told me i was threatening her on the phone, told her not threating her, but calling a number on govt do not call list, once again asking the name of the company, she hung up.
This is a scam caller, for caller id would have business name, not nita pennington
these folks need to be stopped once and for all. Previous research shows, that this call originates from miami, not a local number, as listed.
