Criminals don't obey laws period. Most of these calls are coming from out of the country, India & Pakistan.  Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

ID shows Nita Pennington  hung  up when machine answered.

I get this call twice a day. No message.  /caller ID says Nita Pennington.

Getting calls daily for three days now.....leaving NO message and if I answer NO answer in return and hangs up.....Getting very annoying.....when I recall message states I have NO credit.....

Same as others, Nita Pennington on callerid.  After attempting to answer a few times and finding no one there, they are now blocked using the Panasonic phone blocking feature.
