It's that robocaller recording from the classic "Card Services" about refinancing credit cards. These criminals already got tagged for over 14 million in fines from the FTC a few years ago. Looks like they are back at it and to boot they called my cell phone with this scam.
Got a call from this company asking if I would like to lower my credit card interest rate with a very strong accent. I told him I am not interested. He said "darlin, honey, would you like to take off your cloth and lay on the floor for me?" I told him I am calling the police, and he said he is the police and asked if I love him... Crazy people they should be arrested for this kind of harassment.
