Left a recorded message about there being "no problems with your credit card account, but it is urgent you contact us regarding lowering your rate." ...thought Rachael from cardholder services was supposed to do that? Perhaps she got fired.
I answered a call from this number. the person claim to be from a bank who was trying to lower my CC interest rate.
I hung up when they asked for my cc info.
