It's weird how they always have a new number. i get about one a week but never answer the phone if there's no caller OD showing. I check the number afterward and put a block on that number. Sure enough, they call again a week later with a new number. They certainly are resourceful- can't imagine how they are profiting- who is dumb enough to go along with their pitch?

Credit Card Scammer. 401-200-8645 is one of more than 40 different numbers that these credit card scammers use. Their numbers and caller IDs vary from day to day. Most often they call themselves Card Services and promise a lower interest rate for your credit card. But they are just scammers trying to get your credit card number so they can rip you off. They've been calling my home number daily for over 11 years. Back when they first started calling I would answer the phone and tell them that I was not interested and to please remove my number from their call list. That was about eleven years ago and they still call six days a week. I have not answered any of their calls since 2006 ....and yet they continue to call. I estimate that they have called my number over 2500 times in the last eleven years ... "without an answer". And still they call almost daily. Looks like for efficiency purposes they would delete numbers from their call lists after they have called them several thousand times without an answer. The calls are originating from India, so there isn't anything the US Government can do to stop them. They "must" be finding people who fall for the scam, or they would not still be calling after all these years. Just let your family and friends know about these idiots so they won't fall for the scam.
Based on what I have read, it appears that this is another wannabe interest rate reduction call. Unfortunately form them their call was blocked by the robocall blocker.
Well, Nobo, thieves and people who want to scam you, don't care if you're on the No-Call list. They just break the law. They also change their phone numbers so often that they are hard to catch up to. We, the government, have so many resources to chase these people.
