Call received, no message.

Caller hung up when I answered

Received a call - I didn't answer. It was a hangup. Caller I.D. says ADVF and using Google the first thing that came up was Arizona Disabled Veterans Foundation. Their website is very amateurish looking. They say they're a "new" organization. I'll calling it early - it's a scam.

Called my cell phone. Caller ID said Bristol RI. No message left  How do they get my cell phone number?? Tired of all these calls.
