got a call from 401-223-3250,stateing i have bounced checks that im being sued,they had no name of company,sounds like a scam since i have no bad checks that are out standing
Got a call stating I am going to be sued and if I do not call my rights are forfeit if I do not call them. They change their number often. They have called from 401-223-3250, 973-679-6926, 770-217-3384, 603-296-2302, 302-300-1096, 405-445-0866, 314-925-5878, 702-534-6084. It is a scam be sure and report them to the FCC so we can get them caught and stop these illegal calls.
Just recieved about my 5th call from these people...they call from all different numbers, and all different area codes. They use my married name which I haven't used in 10 years and telling me there is a fraudulent case against me. They have even contacted my brother's number, which I have no clue how they associated the two different names and harrassed him.
