Pre-recorded lead-in gave name as "Barbara", in a male voice. All drones ("Robert Parker", "Shane", busy call center background noises) had Indian accents. "Robert" said "we are with all of the banks, you know Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo...". I requested someone that spoke English better, and read my false card number quickly to "Shane". When I reported the card was with USAA, he told me to "Stick the card up your a55.".

i have been receiving a call from Barbara about how to lower my credit card interest rate. Today the recording was Barbara again however she has become a he, my suggestion is an air horn. when you get someone on the phone, as they say hello set off the air horn. This makes me fill a little better. besides if they sue you for medical you can get them for harrassment
