Called & person spoke very poor English stating he was from some medical place.  Asked the company name a few times but couldn't understand him but he knew my first name.  He got made I couldn't understand him & hung up but same number called earlier.  Similar to the last number I blocked 401-238-9697.  Blocked this as well now.
