Called at 7pm on a Sunday night. Didn't answer. When I tried to call back, sai number was not in service.
Either collections or telemarketer.

Calling for a few days...  have 'no more robo calls' so only get one ring.  When I call back get message: We're trying to call your party"  After this repeats another message:  "your call cannot be connected at this time, please call again later"  This shows up as from Newport, RI

Cancel my appointment on Monday with Mark Massiff. I will not let him in. I want information sent so my son can read it

As you have put your message on a nuisance calls FORUM, he will probably still call.
