Oh boy! Oh boy! I won a free home security system. I win about 3 a week. He told me he worked for Home Security Solutions. When I said something about a scan and the Do Not Call List I got a dial tone. Surprise surprise.
Received call this evening at 5:34 PM. Didn't answer. Later, received call from
(765) 227-4000. According to what I read on this site, both are some sort of home security scammers. Odd that I would get two calls within two hours, from two different states, both home security.
Just received a call on my 12 yr old brothers cell phone. It said it was a Rhode Island call so I answered to hear a man, that I couldn't really understand, begin to read a script offering me a security system. When I told him that we weren't interested, and to not call again, he began to yell F... you. He actually said it about 3 times before I hung up. I can't believe the nerve of these people. I just hope its not my brother that answers next time.
Just got a cal from this number wanting to know if I owned my home and wanting to speak with the home owner. Couldn't really understand what he was saying, but something about security systems. Clearly a scam.
