Just received such a call. Pre-recorded message which said to press one to get a better rate on my account. No company name, phone id says "out of area." I pressed 1 to talk to my "account manager," when I asked what account with which company this was, the man hung up on me.
I'm pretty tired of getting calls from these people. They usually call on weekends, several times a month.
