Caller I.D. says Cumberland, RI. I live in Rhode Island and I almost answered the phone. Not sure who they are.

I got a missed call from this number, no message left. Said Cumberland RI

Same here.  The 401 area code always make me wonder if I know the person.  Now if I don't recognize the number, I Google it.  Nine times out of ten, that leads me here.  This was on my cell phone.  I got one yesterday on my landline from Block Island that was a scam.
