Called yesterday with a voice message which said "they were the IRS and had issued an arrest warren for me for tax fraud but if I walled this number 401-283-0709 from Rhode Island the matter may be resolved. How stupid are these individuals??? The IRS does not phone you. Some call came from 765-226-5742 but it was a different person on the voice message (vm).

That tells me the scamming callers are smarter than many of the people they call.
