This is a SCAM from a company called WCA subscriber services.  they are too stupid and ignorant to pay attention when someone tells them they are calling a cell phone.  So, if you have a cell phone, get Mr. Number and block their number.

Mr. Number will pick up and hang up.  This will cost these idiots money everytime they call you.  The best part is that your phone will not even ring.

So, WCA Morons, if you are reading this, keep calling.....

It's some stupid company called WCA subscriber. It must not be important cause they call and not leave a message.

The compnay is WCA and it has something to do with "Affordable Healthcare".  If you listen to the message for a second it will tell you to press "3" to opt out.  Hopefully that ends the calls.
