Just called my cell. Annoying. Refused to answer it as I didn't know the answer. Glad I didn't, now that I looked here.

I agree with all of the above.  they are a bunch of losers called WCA Subsriber services ILLEGALLY using the phone numbers.

I have already reported this and other numbers to the Feds.  Everyone should do the same.

It is the Do Not Call websigte.
