Who called from 4013248214

Called and they hang up when you picked it up

Same as others, 2 rings, hung up, no voicemail

Same, called, rang twice and hung up. No message.

Same.....Rang twice then hung up!!  I don't get how they can still call me when I'm on the "National Do Not Call Registry"!!!!

Caller ID says Rhode Island rings twice and then hangs up... if we're on the National Do Not Call List why are we getting these calls
