They call my cell phone and use my minutes for nothing!

Its exchange 367 is managed by LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC
One user on another site claimed that this company was charged for "Deceptive practices" in AZ. I cant verify this claim ... but regardless, its a telemarketer.

Received call from this number 3 times in one night.  Never leaves a message.  Get a life.

Got a call and was left a voicemail as describe above in regards to "Deceptive practices"

Called at 8:50pm last night...I mean REALLY?  8:50pm??  Rang the phone about 10 times and then hung up...I don't have an answering machine on the line they called.
