Just received a call from them, wouldn't tell me what kind of company they are without me verifying my SSN/DOB/Address so I denied all and said unless you can tell me who you are I can not speak with you. Woman responded that they listed me as a refusal.
For what it's worth, I answered this number and it was from a company called FMS Investment Corp, a debt collector for the US Dept of Education for student loans. It was all info I could confirm and was legit. Gotta pay your bills people!
