I agree. I got the same phone call for a few days and when I googled the number it comes up as Cox Communications.

Cox Communication infomercials -- I called 877-206-4210 to have them stop -- it was billing who told me to put a block on the call, but I told them no, "you are legally responsible to stop making calls" -- then they gave me 888-566-7751 (corporate office), which was the number to call and they fixed the problem. CALL 888-566-7751 to stop the robo calls.

calls during the day. leaves no message. I have not picked up.
