Well this guy must think we are either gulliable or stupid I am not sure which one. I am very disappointed that he is trying to fraud people on craigslist. I too am a smart seller on craigslist and have dealt with very good people (that live in the local areas and cities). What struck me wierd about this buyer is the fact that they were out of state and I too received the same copy and paste email about the wedding dress. I spoke with him by phone and was extremely alarmed. He was persistent about getting the dress but did not want to pay online using paypal or at my website. This all prompted me to purchase a PO box and only provide that. Well I am reporting the email and name he used [email protected] to craigslist and other scam websites. This is just sad! I am glad I found this site and your comments.

It's jaw dropping- I too was selling a wedding dress on Craigslist. I got the exact same email- poor grammar and all and it seemed sincere. Until we got to the part of ordering me to cash the money order and give the excess to some 'carrier' from Oklahoma. All the while doing this business from Rhode Island or some nonsense.  His last email said "you can trust me, I am a man of my word".  DO NOT trust this phone number - it came up as a temp service 401-390-3707 in RI.    Julio Fernado or whoever it is is a fraud. What a shame to prey on people who just want to get rid of their nice items and make a few bucks!

I would have loved to pick up the stroller and pay (cash) as a person at your location but time has'nt permited us due to situation of things regarding to my wife's health and the child. Our family doctor informed us that she will be Having the baby with a Cesarean operation. So we already moved down to his hospital over here in rhode island. My wife has however made arrangements with a carrier who would come for the pickup of the stroller over at any location of yours after payments have been duly made. So shipment and handling can be done via the carrier and not a courier service.

To get this clear to you, Payment of the stroller will be made out to you before the carrier come over to pick the item up. I'm very new on buying items on craiglist and I hope you can be trusted to make available of the stroller after payment has been made out to you . My wife works with United State Postal Services and we will be glad to pay with an original United state certified Postal Money Order. I'll appreciate it if you consider it sold to us via this means. You can trust us via this means of payment and it's 100% legitimate.


After payment cash your bank. Carrier will come over in picking up the stroller. Excess funds for the shipment and handling will be included on the payment and sent to picker for her services. I'll email her contact to you as soon as you received the payment via FedEx/UPS. How should your NAME appear on the Money order and what FULL ADDRESS should I mail it to? With your valid phone number.

Sending pictures of the stroller will be awesome.
