I received an email with the same Arrest Warrant ID as above in "Just Helping",  different address at the bottom though. I caught on very quickly due to the way some of the sentences were arranged in the email. The man who sent me the email was Jordan Mathews([email protected]). I asked the usual questions, thinking it was a scam, and he was getting very rude telling me that I had 45 minutes to get to my local Court House and pay the Head Account Department of the Court House by Western Union a total of $779.61. He gave me a name of the Clerk and hes in New York. Sorry but my local Court House is not in New York. Beware of these Scammers!!!
