Claim they have a criminal complaint.... no such thing when it involves check n go. They are total BS and I seriously urge them to tale me to court if they have the balls.... they won't, because ether have nothing. They cannot prove anything and just trying to scare you.... DO NOT be intimidated... Just tell them to take yo to court.... basically call their bluff.
A Mr. Powers Calling stating they are going to "Serve me" at my place of employment. Stated they spoke to the Human Resorces at my old job, they would of even told them I no longer work there. These people are dumbasses. They were going to "serve" me at a job that I have not worked at since May. Said that they were giving me my one notice and that this has been filed in the state of Florida. funny that nothing is filed in my county. I used to work for collections, I know the process of service... and this isnt it. lol
i received a call from these people stating that they are going to take my license for fraud. called my work saying they are sending papers and the police to service me.
