12:08 central time, no message.  Verizon will only block 5 numbers at a time, and I already have 5 spam numbers on my block list...

Got a call at 9:04 Central time today (6-2-11) - my machine picked up - I tried to return the call and got "no such number".

I've been getting repeated calls from this number about lowering credit card rates.  I "press 1 to speak with account services" and I tell them to stop calling me, they immediately hang up. It's a disgrace.

Caller ID says Rhode Island, and a recorded message says that Account Services will lower my interest rate because "Federal Reserve just lowered rates".
