I just got a call from this number, they did not leave a message. I was suspecting it to be a bogus call. I added the phone number to my reject list on my smart phone. Thank you for this service.
Same call as other reports....to lower my credit card balance interest rate.
I pressed "1" and was connected to a live person. She said the company was called "card membership services" and that thye represented over 500 Visa, Mastercard & Discover companies. I asked for a call back number & they hung up!
PLease report these calls to your credit card company at their own customer service number! I did this & some knew about it & some didn't. One of my companies think this is legitimate, but what is really being offered is a "balance transfer" to get the lower interest rate & then they charge you a fee.
Remember, you can apply for a new card & do a balance transfer yourself without the fee!
