'robocall' (recording) on my cellular phone (which is in the do-not-call list); identified themselves as 'Account Services'.
I pressed '1' to find out more and ask them to take me off their list; when I asked what institution they represent the answer was ' hundreds of banks, and they work on getting the best credit card rate for me'; I asked why are they calling me when my number is in the do-not-call list and to take me off the list and the answer was that my number was on their list and if I had ans issue to take it to my wireless company.
