I registered our phones with the DO NOT CALL Registry but this number (401-424-9150) is very persistent and apparently ignores the registry. I filter our phone calls and have caller ID. When this number calls, the display only contains Rhode Island and the recorded message is left in my phone mail. Today, I pressed the (1) menu option after I recognized the call just to get a person on the line. The person to whom I was connected was very arrogant when I complained about all of the calls from their number; I was told I shouldn't press the menu option. I got very little info about identifying the company which I was told is named Account Member Services.
I filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL registry and suggest that others do the same. A nice stiff fine will accomplish more that words and complaints to this number itself.
We need a "spam" filter on our cells. 401-424-9150 something about credit cards, "consider this your last reminder"...for @ least 3 months now. Have ask them to remove my number from their list. Answer, "ok"....click.
