I actually got a person. - when they started trying to tell me about their CC lowering scam, I started to talk louder about investing in my soon-to-be startup internet company. It took about 4 minutes but i have not had any repeats.
"The number you have reached is not in service." That's what I got on the callback. It doesn't sound like a telephone person either, sounds like the owner doesn't anwer the phone.... and put the recording up herself.
