Same thing happened to me! purchased a coffee pot from iKitchen - never came - time passed for me to report to Bank...so lost out. Then today I get the $9.95 hit from Comm-services Llc.
Beware!!! This is a total scam! If this number calls you, check your credit cards! I noticed a charge for 9.95 on my credit card that I did not recognize. I did a little research and found out that this was a fraudulent charge. I contacted my financial institution to cancel my account and report the fraud. I have no idea how they obtained my information. The company full information is:

Yes, same thing happened to me. They are getting your credit card number from iKitchen or HomeBrands. They are probably trying to use the record of a phone call to cover the transaction, so when they get investigated they have records to show there was a call. The good news is that they "cheerfully" refund any challenge when you call your credit card company to complain. Take the time to file a report online with the attorney's general in the state you live and the NewJersey website.

I immediately called my financial institution to report the fraud and cancel the account. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I didn't use this card for a couple of months this is my ebay account card and I really only use it for ebay. I contacted the bank of america to dispute the charge. they called the company for me and said it should be fixed. so now I have to figure out which ebay merchant it is. I will post and inform ebay if I find it.

They are getting your credit card number from iKitchen.com or iGadget.com or HomeBrands.com. If you ever made an online purchase from here, you would remember because they never send the merchandise. Myself as well as others I have read about ordered from them online, then canceled after merchandise was never shipped. Check to see if you ordered before from them. You can do a search on resellerratings.com to confirm these companies are scams.
Cancel your credit card and get a new one. Make copies of all these scam notices and bring them to your bank when you go to fill out a card holder dispute form.
