Same thing happened to me! purchased a coffee pot from iKitchen - never came - time passed for me to report to Bank...so lost out. Then today I get the $9.95 hit from Comm-services Llc.
Thank you....I just got stung by Comm-Services LLC and could not figure out where they got my CC number. When I read your post, it hit me. I ordered cutting boards from iKitchen, never received them, cancelled the order and got them somewhere else. What devious people. I hope someone shuts them down.
When they called me I was home, but let the answering machine get it. They never left a message. I found two 9.95 charges on two different accounts. And yes, I have done business with iKitchen, the last order was about 2 years ago. I feel I must say that iKitchen was an excellent company from my experience. At the time I did business with them they had mostly refurbished and over-stock products at excellent prices Products were always very high quality. But they may well be tied in with the leak somehow. I have done business with them on three occasions.
Thank you so much, "Another Friend". I had a charge for $9.81 from "DVD FOR FREE LONG BRANCH NJ" and I wondered how this company (that I never heard of) got my credit card number. I ordered a convection oven from iKitchen.com / HomeBrands.com in January 2010 which, of course, I never received. I was wondering the purpose of having a company that never filled their orders but now I understand completely. Interestingly enough, Bank of America realized the scam before I did, cancelled my credit card, and issued me a new card before I even saw the statement which contained the scam.
I have been Scammed! I was charged $9.95 by this company. I disputed the charge and was told that the company has 40 days to prove I purchased something and now I am looking at packaged DVD's that this company sent in the mail. I never even heard of this company. And I know I never purchased from them. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau but was told this is not there area. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Replace your card!
