It's Soverign Bank - They call when you open a new account to set up your online access & automatic bill-pay.

It is Sovereign Bank. I just opened a new account and they called me under this number.

I missed this call and when I called back a few seconds later, it said the number was no longer in service.

Missed  the  call. When  I  redialed  the  number  it  said  the  number  was  no  longer  in  service.
